How does Artibus market our products?
Artibus uses all major search engines ( Google, Yahoo, and Bing) to run paid and unpaid ads for your products. We also run paid and unpaid ads on all social media outlets.
How long does it take to get paid once a buyer makes a purchase?
Once you decide that you want to withdrawal your money it typically takes less than 30 minutes
to receive your funds. We do not hold your money from a sell at all. At times PayPal and Stripe do hold money but usually not longer than 3 business days.
When do I have to pay my subscription?
All subscriptions are due exactly one month from the day that you have signed up. We do not allow you to pay for your subscription any time before your actual due date. Once your 14 day free trial has expired you will have the opportunity to choose your subscription plan. Once you choose your plan you will be charged for your first month and every month on that date until the account is closed.
What happens if I fail to pay for my subscription?
If you fail to pay your account will be disabled the day after your due date. However we understand that life happens. If you know in advance that you won’t be able to the monthly payment but still wish to continue with Artibus please contact us and we will work something out together.
What happens with my store and products if my account is disabled?
If your account is disabled we will save all of your store settings and products for 90 days. We will not delete anything.
Do you take a commission or charge a listing fee?
No, we take no money from the listing or sell of your products. PayPal and Stripe do charge a small transaction fee once you request a withdrawal.
Do the items I sell have to be handmade?
Yes, unless the items you are selling are vintage then all items must be handmade. What does Artibus consider vintage?
We consider anything that is 20 years or older to be vintage. This includes books, movies, records/cds, clothing, jewelry etc.
