Rebozo wrap carrier is hand woven with 100% non-stretching cotton thread, which is breathable and resistant. They are woven using the ancient pedal loom technique. Mexican wrap rebozo is free of buckles, straps, and buttons to reduce the potential for scratches or discomfort for your baby.
Mexican Rebozo wrap can be used in several different ways:

When not using your rebozo to carry your baby, your versatil mexican wrap rebozo will double as a baby blanket, baby hammock, scarf, shawl, pareo, or even a bed throw.

We typically ship by Correos de Mexico, (ordinary mail) eventhough they provide a tracking number (www.correosdemexico.gob.mx) they do NOT count with day to day tracking option, nor an estimated time of delivery day.
Please be aware of this and be patient with the system. I cannot obtain any information on tracking other than that which shows up when you click your tracking number on your receipt.
Delivery times will vary even to the same country.
Please allow between 2 weeks (USA) and 4 weeks (other countries) (tipically) for delivery, It rarely takes that long but it may happend specially in peak seassons.
If you need your items for an specific date, please consider fedex option (price will be provides upon request)

If typicall transit time has passed, and piece has not arrive, please help us check with your local post service, because once pice has crossed Mexico border, it will be in your country post service hands.
If 2 months have passed and parcel has not arrived, please let us know asap, we will open a claim to post office, and we will need to wait 90 days for a response, if response is negative and pice has been lost, we will refund the cost of your item but not shipping cost, as previously mentioned, it is out of ours hands once piece is in post office.

When using Fedex we typically choose economic service, with 4 to 5 week days transit time, but this may delay if customs issues occur and it is out of our hands.
International customers also please note that we can not be responsible for any customs hold-ups or import taxes on the shipment. Thanks for understanding.
We are not responsable if piece arrives to delivery address and there's no one to receive it, if piece is retuned to origin, we can refund item cost once we have it back, but wil not cover shipping costs.
