Shipping Policy
Each item is handmade and will ship as soon as possible. Unless otherwise specified, all products will be shipped through USPS. Lavender and Lemons Shoppe does not guarantee any item’s delivery date or security beyond USPS guarantees.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order.
All non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of order. Items must be unused. Unless product is defective by Lavender and Lemons Shoppe’s fault, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Personalized items may be exchanged if incorrect or defective due to the fault of Lavender and Lemons Shoppe. If item is not incorrect or defective and may not be reshelved, item may not be returned or exchanged.
